Livvy has had an emotionally exhausting couple days. This has made her think about emotions. When she works out too much, runs too long, sleeps too little, she becomes physically worn out. It’s only this evening that she came to realize you can become emotionally worn out.

Livvy still hasn’t caught up on her sleep because someone (Tara?) woke her up last night to meet a brother who is in town from New York and then Levi had trouble falling back asleep.
